Who may use MOH

MOH supports Christian discipleship, community activities and study. Accounts are for adults 18 or older. Parents/guardians may manage dependent attendance; this does not create independent minor accounts. Provide accurate account information, safeguard your sign-in links and do not impersonate others. Community admission and leadership permissions are separate from having an account.

License to use the app

While complying with these terms, you have a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the hosted MOH service for its intended purposes. This does not transfer ownership of MOH software, branding or other users’ content. Rights granted under applicable open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses; these terms do not withdraw them. Public-domain works remain public domain where applicable.

Your content and private notes

You retain your rights to your notes, uploads, questions and other contributions. You grant the operator permission to store, process and display your contributions only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service and honor your sharing choices. Community submissions are visible to their stated audience; private notes are not made community-visible merely because a leader or administrator has a role. Submit only material you may share and do not upload confidential counseling information or unnecessary personal information about others.

Acceptable use and moderation

Treat people respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, post unlawful content, upload malware, infringe rights, spam, bypass permissions or interfere with the service. Leaders may moderate their communities within their permissions; platform administrators may restrict or block accounts for misuse or security reasons. Membership does not guarantee access to every community or feature. Use the help/feedback channels or the listed contact to raise concerns about moderation or rights.

Bible and historical resources

Each edition and work has its own source, attribution and territorial/license conditions. Access to a resource is not permission to redistribute it, scrape a corpus, train a model, produce audio or use it commercially. Follow its displayed rights notices. Modern copyrighted editions are available only when separately licensed; this agreement grants no publisher rights that MOH does not hold. Study aids and historical commentary may contain differing views or errors; verify references and distinguish commentary from Scripture.

Privacy, communications and deletion

Read the Privacy Notice for data practices. Optional email and usage-statistics preferences are separate controls, not consent supplied by accepting these terms. You may leave communities or request account deletion through Account, subject to documented administrator handoff and account safeguards. Blocking is not deletion. Limited security or legal records may need separate retention. Contact the operator if an account-exit safeguard prevents you from completing a request.

Service limits and changes

MOH is a study and community tool, not emergency, medical, legal or professional counseling assistance. Contact appropriate local services for urgent needs. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed; features or resources may change, including when third-party rights expire. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Payments and future terms

These terms do not authorize a payment or promise tax-deductible donations. Any future paid offering must disclose its price, renewal, cancellation, refund and licensed-resource conditions before purchase. Material changes to this agreement receive a new document version and require a new agreement before continued protected use when enforcement is enabled. You may review the documents without agreeing and contact the operator with questions.
