Information used
MOH uses account identifiers, email and sign-in/session records; profile and membership information; community submissions, attendance and parent-managed dependent information; private notes; feedback; and settings needed to provide the features you use. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information. Sign-in and selected community communications use the configured email provider.
Access and service providers
Content is shown to its selected audience and authorized community roles. Private notes are not a leader/admin directory feature. The operator and service providers may process information for hosting, email delivery, security, maintenance and account requests. Operational access is different from community visibility. MOH uses Railway hosting/storage, configured email delivery and, if you choose it, Google sign-in. Required session and language-preference storage support sign-in and navigation.
Usage statistics and feedback
Usage statistics collect coarse feature participation, not private note or feedback text, search terms, Bible references or dependent details. During testing the deployment may enable sharing by default; you can change it in Account preferences. Production rollout is intended to make sharing optional and off by default. Weekly participation records are retained for approximately 35 days; dashboard small-cohort suppression is not a guarantee against inference. App feedback may be reviewed by designated reviewers; a reviewed technical brief may be sent to the configured development workflow rather than automatically exposing all feedback.
Your choices and retention
Manage your profile, email preferences and usage sharing in Account. Private notes and contributions remain stored until removed or until applicable account-exit handling; operational backups and required security/legal records may have separate retention. Deletion has role-handoff safeguards and is not the same as leaving a community or being blocked. Contact the listed operator for privacy/access/deletion questions, including if a safeguard prevents deletion. Do not put SSNs, payment details or confidential counseling records in feedback.
Future integrations
No modern-Bible provider tracking or checkout is authorized by this notice alone. Before enabling payments or licensed text providers, update the notices to describe the actual providers, transferred fields, retention, consent choices and contractual obligations. This notice must be reviewed against the actual deployment before public release.
